Why coconut
Coconut is one of the most versatile ingredients in any kitchen. Natural sweetening, gluten-free baking, rich curries, breakfast bowls. Our coconut range covers the essentials.
All products are sourced direct from Sri Lankan coconut growers. Sri Lanka has centuries of coconut cultivation expertise and ideal growing conditions for premium quality.
The range
Coconut Sugar
Natural Sri Lankan coconut palm sugar with a deep caramel note. Unrefined and unbleached, with a lower glycaemic index than refined cane sugar. Works as a one-to-one swap for brown sugar across baking, hot drinks and Asian dressings.
Desiccated Coconut
Fine, unsweetened coconut for baking, curries and toppings. 100% pure coconut, nothing else added. A staple in Sri Lankan and South Asian cooking, supplied in retail and food service formats.
Coconut Flour
Fine, naturally gluten-free coconut flour for baking and as a thickening agent. High in fibre, low in carbs. Part of our expanding Sri Lankan coconut range.
Sourcing
Our coconut comes from established Sri Lankan farms where coconut palms are grown using traditional cultivation. We work with suppliers who maintain low-intervention processing: no chemical bleaching, no artificial additives.
The coconut sugar is produced by tapping the flower blossom of coconut palms and slowly evaporating the sap. The desiccated coconut is made from fresh, mature coconuts grated and dried at low temperatures to preserve natural oils and flavour.
