Why Coconut
Coconut is one of the most versatile ingredients in any kitchen. From natural sweetening to gluten-free baking to rich curries, our coconut range covers the essentials.
All our coconut products are sourced from farms in Sri Lanka and Indonesia — regions with centuries of coconut cultivation expertise and the ideal growing conditions for premium quality.

Sourced from Sri Lanka. Coconut Flour — (Coming Soon) Fine coconut flour for gluten-free baking, pancakes, and as a thickening agent. High in fibre, low in carbs. Part of our expanding coconut range.Sourcing
Our coconut products come from established farms where coconut palms are grown sustainably. We work with suppliers who maintain traditional processing methods — no chemical bleaching, no artificial additives.
The coconut sugar is produced by tapping the flower blossom of coconut palms and slowly evaporating the sap. The desiccated coconut is made from fresh, mature coconuts that are grated and dried at low temperatures to preserve natural oils and flavour.
