MOQ & Pack Formats

Pack sizes that match how trade actually buys.

Indicative MOQs are deliberately low for new accounts. Real numbers, not catalogue-page filler, confirmed at quotation.

FormatTypical packIndicative MOQ
Retail-ready40–80g glass jar12 units per SKU
Refill pouch100–250g pouch24 units per SKU
Food service500g–1kg catering tub6 units per SKU
Bulk5–25kg sealed bag1 unit per SKU, 25kg minimum order value
Private labelSpec to your designFrom 500 units per SKU

Mixed-SKU orders are welcomed across retail and refill formats, you don't have to commit to 12 units of every line. For private-label and bulk runs, MOQs are confirmed once we understand the brief.

Lead Times

Honest timelines, set at order acceptance.

What to expect from order confirmation to UK delivery, by format.

In-stock retail & refill

2–5 business days

Picked, packed and dispatched from the UK against held inventory.

Bulk & food service

5–10 business days

Larger format orders quoted with a confirmed dispatch window per consignment.

Private label production

6–10 weeks

From signed spec to first run, covers artwork approval, packaging procurement, and the production slot itself.

If you operate on a regular reorder cadence, we hold rolling stock against your forecast, most established accounts cycle on a 4–6 week reorder rhythm without ever touching ad-hoc lead times.

Payment & Onboarding

Straightforward commercial terms.

First three orders are pro-forma, paid before dispatch. This is standard for new trade accounts and means we can confirm production and ship without waiting on credit checks.

Established accounts are offered 30 days from invoice once the relationship is in rhythm, subject to credit assessment. Payment is by bank transfer in GBP, ex-VAT.

Onboarding is deliberately fast, applications are reviewed within one business day. Once approved, you receive trade pricing, MOQ and pack-format detail for the SKUs you're interested in, and can place the first order from there.

See the full wholesale terms for retention of title, inspection windows, late-payment interest and the rest of the commercial detail.
