UK delivery

We dispatch from the UK to UK trade customers. Standard delivery is usually within a few business days of order confirmation. Larger or pallet-scale orders are scheduled around your operation.

Wholesale order handling

Each trade customer has a single point of contact for order placement, queries and reorders. Orders move through a clear sequence from confirmation to dispatch, with status communicated when it matters.

Lead times

Lead times for new orders are confirmed at the point of pricing. Bespoke or private-label orders carry longer lead times that we agree up front, so there are no surprises.

Damaged goods

If anything arrives damaged or short, let us know within a reasonable window of receiving the order. We arrange a replacement or credit without putting trade customers through a long process.

Returns and issue resolution

Wholesale supply is not a consumer returns process. If there is an issue with a batch, format, specification or invoice, we deal with it directly with your account contact and resolve it commercially.

Bulk and repeat orders

Once your usage settles into a pattern, we can hold stock against forecast and run reorders on a rhythm that fits your sales or service cycle.
