Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Sun & Spice Golden Turmeric
  • Pinch of Sun & Spice Bold Black Pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Sun & Spice Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 250ml milk of choice
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp coconut oil or ghee
  • Small piece of fresh ginger, grated (optional)

Method

  1. Pour the milk into a small saucepan and warm over medium-low heat. Do not let it boil.
  2. Whisk in the Golden Turmeric, Bold Black Pepper, and Ceylon Cinnamon until fully dissolved and the milk turns a rich golden colour.
  3. Add the coconut oil and grated ginger if using. Continue to warm gently for 3-4 minutes, whisking frequently.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the honey or maple syrup.
  5. Pour into your favourite mug through a small strainer if you used fresh ginger. Dust with a final pinch of cinnamon to serve.
