Ingredients
- 1.5 tsp Sun & Spice Chili Garlic Mix
- 200g egg noodles or ramen noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Method
- Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and toss with a drizzle of sesame oil to prevent sticking.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, remaining sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and Chili Garlic Mix to make the sauce.
- Heat a wok or large pan over high heat. Add the cooked noodles and pour over the sauce.
- Toss vigorously for 1-2 minutes until the noodles are coated and the sauce is sizzling.
- Divide between bowls and top with sliced spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.

- The Chili Garlic Mix provides both the heat and garlic flavour in one go, making this a truly minimal-ingredient recipe.
- For a more substantial meal, add stir-fried vegetables such as pak choi, mushrooms, or beansprouts.
- Use any noodle you have on hand. Udon, rice noodles, and even spaghetti work in a pinch.
